I hate to admit it, but "neutral" is almost a dirty word in my vocabulary. From a design stand point, I love colour, contrast, bold pattern and plenty of shiny things. And forget talking to me about painting your walls "cream" or "buff". You'll put me into a coma in seconds! But, once in a while I become smitten with a neutral palette. Concrete floors have become more and more popular in homes over the past few years. Forget everything you think you know about the concrete floors you find in big box stores, and feast your eyes on these works of art. Besides their beauty, durability and customizable nature, concrete floors are a "green" choice for floors.
I think it's every woman's fantasy to have a walk-in closet like the stars. The room, the abundance of pretty things, and the pristine organization. It's all too die for!
A walk-in closet is high on my wish list. It's the one thing I can't create in my current condo due to lack of space.
